What we keep

Only what the courier needs to reach you, and the history of your orders.

• Your name, as you write it at the checkout.
• Your phone number. It is also your key: the shop knows you by it, one customer per number.
• The addresses you gave: street, number, floor, doorbell and the note for the courier.
• Your orders: what you had, how many, which options, your notes, the total, the payment method and the times. The delivery address is frozen as text on the order the moment it is confirmed.
• If you sign in with Google: your email, the account name and the permanent user id Google gives. We ask for those three and nothing else.
• Two cookies of our own site, signed and closed to JavaScript, holding one internal identifier each. They live a year.

When you send a gift

If the order is a gift, we also keep the name you write on the note, together with the address you give for it to arrive. They belong to somebody who may never have been here, and it is you who gives them to us. They live on that one order, the way the delivery address does, and they stay for as long as it stays as the shop record. That name does not become a customer: it gets no record of its own and no history.

What we never keep

• A password. There is none, anywhere.
• Card details. You pay at the door, into the courier hands.
• The courier position. It passes from the server to your map and is written to no column.

Why

So the order arrives, so we can call you if something comes up, and so we can show your addresses and your usual back to you without you retyping them.

For how long

Orders stay as the business record of the shop. The cookies a year. The six digit confirmation code lives ten minutes and is stored only as a checksum, never as a code.

Why you do not always see your history

Anyone can type a phone number. Until you prove it with a code on that phone, the history behind that number stays closed, and the answer is the same whether the number belongs to a customer or not.

Deletion

Send us a message and ask for deletion. The shop erases your name, your phone, the notes and every address of yours, and the Google sign in stops reaching any of it. Old orders stay as a record, with the address frozen as text on them.

The email from the Google sign in is erased in the same move. All that stays is the permanent user id Google gives us, with no name and no email beside it, because it is what keys the record.
